Full-time K-pop fangirl, part-time Pokemon trainer.
Music is my life. I write for Dinoseoul, sing, and play multiple instruments. I am in too many fandoms.
Dinoseoul is a Korean-entertainment website based in Singapore. It covers a wide variety of topics ranging from music reviews, film recaps, event coverage as well as interesting news that you likely won’t find elsewhere.
When I'm not too engrossed with watching a drama or variety at home, you'll probably find me strolling in town, iced milk tea in my hand (guilty as charged) or satisfying my never-ending list of food cravings.
Online: I spend a bulk of my time dissecting music/dramas in all their entirety or covering events for Dinoseoul. Offline: I'm really just your average, socially awkward girl who happens to have a penchant for dancing and cats.
When I'm not writing, I spend my time watching dramas and cooing over my beloved OTPs. Some of my favourite things to do outside of the Internet include singing and dancing, though I’m not particularly good at either.
I'm currently pursuing my Master's degree in Musicology where my research focuses on contemporary pop music and gender. Outside of academia, I'm obsessed with K-pop, binging on tv shows, and cats. My writing can also be found on PopMatters, and Short and Sweet NYC.
